PATIENT SAFETY COMMITTEE
Committee Duties; Correct identification of patients, Ensuring an effective communication environment between employees, Reducing the risks caused by falls, Ensuring safe surgical practices, Ensuring medical device security, Ensuring patient privacy, Safe transfer of patients, Safe transfer of patient information and records between healthcare professionals, Ensuring information security, Prevention of infections includes ensuring patient safety in the laboratory.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE
Committee Duties; Reducing the risk of injury to employees, Taking necessary precautions for those working in risky areas, Reducing the risks of exposure to physical violence, Reducing the risks of sharps and sharps injuries, Reducing the risks of contamination with blood and body fluids, Preparing and monitoring the health screening program, etc. covers work.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Training Committee ensures that all training activities in our Hospital are planned and trainings are carried out. Quality Standards in Health trainings, In-service trainings, Compliance trainings, Trainings for patients are carried out within the scope of the committee's task.

FACILITY SAFETY COMMITTEE
