Everyone who applies to a health institution to receive health services;
1. General use of the service:
It has the right to benefit from preventive health services and activities aimed at promoting healthy living within the framework of the principles of justice and equity.
2. Access to service in equality:
It has the right to receive service regardless of race, language, religion and sect, political thought, philosophical belief, economic and social conditions.
3.Bilgilendir Views:
It has the right to learn what all kinds of services and facilities are.
4. Selecting and changing the organization:
It has the right to choose and change the health committee and to benefit from the health services provided from the health institution it has chosen.
5. Recognizing, selecting and changing personnel:
Physicians and other personnel who provide and provide health services have the right to learn, select and change their identities, duties and titles.
6. Requesting information:
It has the right to request any kind of information about the state of health verbally and in writing.
7. Privacy:
It has the right to receive all kinds of health services in an environment that is confidential.
8. Consent and permission:
It has the right to obtain consent in medical interventions and to benefit from the service within the framework of consent.
9. Rejection and stopping:
He has the right to refuse treatment and to request his suspension.
10.Güvenlik:
It has the right to receive health care in a safe environment.
11. To be able to fulfill religious duties:
The organization has the right to fulfill its religious duties within the limits of the possibilities and within the framework of the measures taken by the administration.
12. Hearing:
With respect, care and attention, he has the right to receive friendly, gentle and compassionate healthcare.
13.Rahatlık:
It has the right to receive health care in an environment where all kinds of hygienic conditions are provided, noisy and disturbing factors are eliminated.
14.Ziyaret:
It has the right to accept visitors in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the institutions and organizations.
15. Keeping an attendant:
Legislation has the right to ask for a companion in accordance with the facilities of the health institutions and organizations and if the physician deems it appropriate.
16. Right to application, complaint and litigation:
In case of violation of their rights, they have the right to use any right of application, complaint and litigation within the framework of the legislation.
17. Continuous service:
It has the RIGHT to benefit from health services as long as necessary.


WHAT ARE PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES?

1. General Responsibilities

People should do their best to take care of their own health and follow the advice given for a healthy life.

If appropriate, the person can donate blood or donate organs.

In simple cases, people should take care of themselves

2. Social Security Status

Patient; It has to report the changes in health, social security and personal information in a timely manner.

Patient; has to get the visa of the health card (Bag-Kur, Green Card) on time.

3. Informing Healthcare Professionals

Patient; complaints,

illnesses that he had previously,

whether they received any inpatient treatment,

the medications that he / she still has, if any,

it must provide complete and complete information about all health.

4. Hospital Rules Compliance

Patient; It must comply with the rules and practices of the health institution it applies to.

The patient must comply with the referral chain determined by the Ministry of Health and other social security institutions.

Patient; It should be in cooperation with healthcare professionals during the treatment, care and rehabilitation process.

Patient; benefits from a healthcare facility providing an appointment service; he must follow the date and time of the appointment and report the changes to the location.

Patient; respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients and visitors.

Patient; must compensate for hospital supplies.

5. Compliance with Recommendations Regarding Treatment

Patient; he should listen carefully to his treatment and medication advice and ask about places he cannot understand.

Patient; In case of failure to comply with the recommendations regarding the treatment, it should be reported to the healthcare professional.

Patient; It should state whether it understands the healthcare and post-discharge care plan as expected.

Patient; know that he / she is responsible for the consequences due to the refusal of treatment or non-compliance with the recommendations.
